Having frequently moved prior to settling in Barrie, Steph has developed a small obsession with Real Estate. His roots are different than that of the traditional Broker; rather than having the usual banking background, Steph came to this industry through his mortgage investments and rentals. This has allowed him to develop a different perspective on helping to find the best mortgage solution.
Steph became a Mortgage Agent in 2007 and Purchased Mortgage Sense Inc. in March of 2011. Steph has a designation from IMBA (CPMA).
Steph is a resident of Barrie, with a family of 4 children, and keeps involved in the community.
Christina was born and raised in Barrie, Ontario. She graduated from Eastview Secondary School earning both her OAC and OSSD diplomas. She went on to attend Georgian College for their Arts & Science program and made the transition into the mortgage industry in December 2010. She has worked in a variety of customer service positions, with a specialized focus on client retention, and is dedicated to serving our clients with the utmost efficiency and care. She works alongside the brokerage owner, Steph Quenneville, to manage the needs of his clients and makes herself available to answer any questions during the mortgage process.
Shelly Stripp was raised in the Muskokas, has lived in a few different areas in Canada, but now calls Simcoe County home. Shelly went to Georgian College for Accounting, but changed her career path and spent 12 years in the Financial industry. She decided to pursue a dream of owning her own store, and opened a children's clothing store, but after a few years she realized that her real passion was still helping people with pursuing their dream of home ownership and she has never looked back.
Shelly started with Mortgage Sense approximately 1 year ago and absolutely loves her new career choice. She prides herself on being able to help people achieve their dreams in the easiest and most stress-free manner. Shelly has many people she works with to help her clients out with the process of finding a home and keeping up with the everyday demands of home ownership; from referring them to a reliable real estate agent, to a trust worthy moving company and just about everything in between.
Shelly's spare time is spent hanging out with her pride and joy, her son, playing ball hockey and volunteering at her son's school.

Anthony was born and raised in Peterborough, Ontario and moved to Barrie over 10 years ago. Owning numerous rental properties, and quadrupling the sales of his privately owned Pizza restaurant, made it an easy decision to build a career in the mortgage finance industry.
Anthony's focus in on building long term relationships with every client by keeping their needs and goals in mind. His greatest satisfaction comes from helping people achieve their goals and exceeding their expectations; whether it is helping them purchase their first home or helping them rebuild their credit so they can purchase a home.
Anthony obtained the designation of "Accredited Mortgage Professional" or AMP in January 2011, and it is the pinnacle of achievement for all licensed mortgage agents.
